     So what kind of chicken dishes do my fellow 9hzers enjoy?

   • Wrap a breast tightly with bacon, so tight its like a bacon breast, put a skewer through both so it stays like that, serve with roast veg or mash, add cheese before wrapping the bacon and it'll be great, even better, make it stilton or blue cheese!

    • I eat too much chicken at work, especially with pasta. Still can't beat a roast chicken though with crispy skin.

    • Grilled or oven baked chicken strips that have been marinated overnight with reggae reggae sauce.
      
      Served in pitta breads with fried onions & peppers and homemade spicy potato wedges and either salsa or sour cream.

      If its proper southern fried C grade goodness its difficult to tell whats what...
      
      Roast Tarragon & Garlic Chicken
      
      Using a sharp knife cut either side of the backbone and open the chicken out flat.
      Mix butter, fresh tarragon and lots of Garlic (wild garlic if you can get it) and make sure its soft.
      Seperate the skin from the meat of the chicken using youhands and either press or use a piping bag to get the herb butter under the skin.
      roast for about 1 hour (shouldn't need too long with it opened out, but check juices are clear before serving)
      Serve with taters and PSB.
