Chicken breast stuffed with mexicana cheese wrapped in streaky bacon
      Homemade wedges
      Homemade coleslaw

      It was awesome!

I might have to start taking photos a la Hopkins but I've eaten it all now so too late!

    • Today, like most days, has been fuelled by coffee, cheese, beer, and cake.

    • I had a semi-roast cos Frans on a diet.
Needless to say I ate ALL the "backup" potatoes.

    • Tonight I made a "curry", which involved chucking everything that was left in the kitchen/fridge in a pan and adding a load of spices.

      It was alright.

    • I love that song.

I had a chorizo and potato hash of my own devising, which I'm still perfecting. Fajitas tonight, yeah!
    • mambamamba
    • For lunch I have a ham and homemade coleslaw sandwich.

For dinner I will be making chicken with blackbean sauce and egg fried rice. I've done it with beef before, but am doing it with chicken instead this time due to the girlfriend's aversion to any meat but chicken.

shitting fucking fuck dude. seriousy...i'm staying at yours for rottingham.

i watched masterchef last night and scorned the guy who grated half a pack of butter onto a "healthy" potato dauphinoise because he thought it was cheese. wrong person won in my opinion.

then i watched heston blumenthal try and revamp little chef and scorned the ceo for slagging off the "aromatics" and the "lack of blue sky thinking outside the box" of a pea soup made for him by somebody with 3 michelin stars. shut up, fuck off and shut up again.

i then bought a margerita pizza from sainsburys, cooked it and chucked a forest of rocket, parma ham and avocado on top to punctuate my anger.

Costs me about £1.00 per day.

I had some Finney and leeks on Friday, that was awesome, George Foreman'd some stuff I'd normally fry at the weekend too and me and Linda are enjoying lots of poached egg on toast lately, really good with a bit of marmite.

    • NICE!

I had some cod baked with cajun spice, a tomato based sauce and some fresh veg. Also baked some cherry tomatoes in with the cod. Healthy and pretty tasty.

Nice. I've not done my own burgers for a while. I'd love to be able to justify investing in a mincer, you can never tell the quality of mince even when you get it from a butchers. I remember the days when they'd mince half a cow while you waited.

    • potatoes, leeks, tarragon. Made into a rather basic gruel for dinner. Went for a fast run less than an hour after eating and was REALLY close to shitting myself.
