    • Ah him, yeah he's OK, not Eng class though imo.

      Just signed for Worcester.

hahaha - he does! FUCK HIS HAIR! and he wears those twatty little gloves. nah...he's bollox mate. he looks like blonde hitler.

si, dude...hodgson is a fucking one dimensional gimp who shits his pants the second he catches a whiff of back row. combine him with care's glacial pace and you're fucked. flood is the only credible no 10 apart from wilko methinks. i ain't letting this go until i'm proven wrong.

yeah...i do like cipriani as he is pretty and has a cute hands. however, if he's gonna throw little tantrums every time he's not selected, he can fuck off to australia and chill his fucking boots. also, he's mega inconsistant and takes risks that, should they go right, make him a hero - but when they go wrong, they are absolute fucking howlers.

    • You've got his number.

I'm firmly in the Flood camp. He's no slouch in the tackle - not as strong as Wilko but few 10s are. Goode is awful, and I say that as a Leicester fan.
Other options? Geraghty is really too lightweight and cannot kick at all, but has probably the best running game of the lot. The cup semi against Sarries summed him up perfectly.
Sam Vesty was on the fringes before he got injured, but he doesn't even get a look in at Leicester these days.
One for the future, I'd like to see what Alex Goode goes like at 10 if Sarries ever give him the chance.

When they have Glen Jackson?! No chance.

I like Cipriani - he has balls, and Kelly Brook. But seriously, he needs to go to Aus, get experience, get tackled a lot, and come back a better player. Taking risks is a great playing trait to have, and it's what we need more of, but he needs to learn more about the pace of top-flight international rugby before he starts trying to pull off crazy shit.

Freddie Michalak, Robinson and O'Driscoll have shown that it can be done.

    • OOO predictions tomorrow? Good odds at William Hill on England I bet
    • pull-my-plonkerpull-my-plonker
    • My predictions (slightly drunk, tbc tomorrow when more drunk...)

      Fra 30 - Eng 14
      Ire 28 - Sco 9
      Wal 19 - Ita 15

    • According to my Dad, some genius has made Lewis Moody captain...
    • Big SiBig Si
    • That's the best decision Johnson's made so far. Not that Moody will be a great captain, it just makes me happy to see a man known variously as Mad Dog, a "big mongo" and "the happy spacker" leading his country.

On the predictions, no way will England get 14 points, Plonks. That would entail scoring at least one try.
    • J ParkerJ Parker
    • Happy spacker? Who says rugby players have a backward sense of humour!!?

      COME ON ENGLAND!!!

      (Hides)
    • Big SiBig Si
    • I'm still cheering for England, don't worry.

I think happy spacker may be a Will Greenwood special. I know big mongo is, he called Moody that in an interview following the 2003 world cup. The man has a screw loose between brain and mouth, god bless 'im.

    • What's this thing called "Rugby" I hear all the kids talking about these days?
    • J ParkerJ Parker
    • Bloody brilliant so far!
    • Big SiBig Si
    • An improvement, but that's not really saying a lot. Question is, what team will we see come the summer internationals?

We got 12 inc. a try, so nearly there!!

All in all a bit disappointing, but at least we subdued the French somewhat. Lol at Ireland!

Yeah Lewis Moody is an entire picnic short of a picnic. In an interview I read with him a month or so ago, he openly admitted that after he got concussed for the SECOND time in the same game against Samoa a few years ago, he had absolutely no clue what he was doing for the rest of the game!!!
    • Big SiBig Si
    • My favourite Moody moment was when, having had a stand up fight with four Samoan players which led to a red card and a six week ban, plus a broken nose, he subsequently described the incident as "a spot of handbags".

    • i think i see a connection in those last two posts...

well, i kind of expected it but hoped it wouldn't happen. france controlled the game well. you can't score if you don't have the ball and they kept the ball tight as a duck's ear for 75 mins and spoiled the match for england. crap game played very well.

well done to scotland. italy lost the plot. selah.
