   • It is a beautiful city. If you go for a weekend with no drugs/sex activities to do, yet find nothing to keep you occupied, you're doing something wrong.
     
     The Doors Palace is excellent, spent a great boozy night in there. These Dutch chicks were hitting on us, but I was far too battered to notice, heh.

    • Im back- cheers for all your recommendations- actually got to check out a lot of em and they all came good!!
      What a weekend- I am absolutely fucked now!!!!!
      Loved the rockeij coffeeshop- well chilled!!! Smoked tonnes of amazing weed, my favourite being the Northern Lights super haze and some other mad shit that we forgot the name off and subsequently lost after 2 spliffs! had some quality shrooms too!
      speant a shitload of money tho- but as I always say you cant put a price on a good time!
      The dutch people were proper friendly n all- tended to stick more to the liedesplein end than up with the scumbag english tourists at the other end but it was an amzing time, great place!
      I wish I wasnt at work now!!!!

    • Nah avoided it mate- went to that excalibur place tho- a few decent tunes in there!! 2 be honest it was a sleaze free trip- only one of us snuck off for a bit (and it werent me before you ask!!)- and we went to a peep show which was hilarious!!!

    • prostitution holds no interest for me at the best of times but i have to say in Amsterdam that's even more true than normal. the whole thing just looks so completely sterilised (for want of a better term) of any emotion or eroticism.
      
      don't get me wrong, i'm sure the girls can blow your mind given half a chance but it's even more commercialised than Christmas for gods sake!
