    • Lamb of God's 'Wrath' is a runaway winner for me. This band deserve to go down as genuine metal legends in my book, and never seem to put a foot or riff wrong.

      Other worthy contenders:
      Baroness - Blue Record
Fu Manchu - Signs Of Infinite Power
      Mastodon - Crack The Skye
      Megadeth - Endgame
Hospital Of Death - Surge Kill Steal

Other contenders which will be worthy when I get around to buying them:
      Invasion - The Master Alchemist
Angel House - The Gun, The Love and The Cross
      Wolfmother - Cosmic Egg
      Russian Circles - Geneva

Best Album of the Year by a bunch of my highly talented (and equally retarded!) mates:
Finish Him! - An Audience With...
