6th August- The Grapes, Sheffield w/Archives and Celebrity Love Crisis

Archives have split up, I'm gutted, ideas for a replacement would be nice, maybe someone we've never had in Sheffield before.

    • It's an interesting trend of the UK scene. A hell of a lot of our talented bands split up very quickly, sometimes before an official release, or just after one. Pretty different to a lot of European and USA bands in general.

Everyone in the UK is too creative I say, always wanting to move on to different projects and have conflicting musical ideas/directions all the time! :P

Funny this should happen now. I just discussed this in an interview a few days back...

    • Hopefully Truckdriver Jnr should be replacing them, TBC TBC.

      Oh and another one-

Thursday 18th September- The Grapes, Sheffield w/STAND UP GUY (IRE)

Its finally got to the point where the stars have aligned properly, dates are correct and the gods are smiling, I've been trying to get them a Sheffield date for fucking years, something has always got in the way, this WILL happen.

oooooooooooooooh! not seen them for ages. :)

    • Oh, the Saturday we'll be in Ireland will be an afternoon gig in Belfast, interesting concept, but means we'll be playing around 5pm which leaves the rest of the night for the "craic" I presume. Looks like the promoters we're playing for their know their stuff and have been doing these gigs for a while!
