I bought a Maccy D's breakfast this morning, fist time I've had one, well good! The sozzy and egg and coffee set me right up! The hash brown tasted crap though.
Seasonal Affective Disorder - Lack of sunlight leading to feelings of despair, in simple terms.
Get it every winter and it's a bastard. Roll on spring.
I don't get that, but with working nights sometimes i don't feel like i wake up properly. Philips energy saving lights are crap i reckon, and i agree that yellowish lights make me more tired.
1 small first aid kit
2 energy bars (1 x orange, 1 x banana)
1 energy gel (orange)
Plus unless i'm careful & depending on if i can talk my self into spending silly money and JE James into sticking to their "price match" policy (i.e. knocking £400 off it) by this time tomorrow I'll have this too
Got some stuff with Christmas money, only time I can actually buy anything I want:
Philips Wireless Headphones - been listening to music from upstairs while making a cuppa and having a tab, marvellous. But it's just for drumming practice.
Toner Low S/T LP - Borrowed it from a friend for a while, absolutely beautiful piece and a cracking album. Hopefully get the new one soon too.
New trou - ESSENTIAL
Also spent a huge amount on beer and exotic shot-based alcohols. Oye!
I need this. I should get myself down to Zavvi sharpish!
loads of the stuff was cheaper than marked. exciting times!
as harsh as it is, recessions are great for sale stuff. i love Spaced but i cant listen to main menu any more. it was on in the background once and i must have listened to the same 3 minute loop for about 45 minutes.
today i braved the sames and came back with the following
2 long sleeve checked shirts (i await Pete's "Leeds" comments)
1 polo shirt (brown)
1 V neck jumper (black)
1 bottle of bleach (pine)
just bought Iron man, and no country for old men, and Scissorfight 'Guaranteed Kill' from amazon. The album was pretty dear at £16 but fuck it it's not often i pay that amount for a CD.
