    • Well the season is now over, i finished 2nd, where did you finish?

Out of the 5 leagues i entered the ninehertz one was the highest position i finished.

Finished a fair way off the money in the work league, I had a great start but lost it about october time, only to regain good form around january but i dropped to such a level that it was hard to get back to the top. Top three would have got me winnings but only managed 6th place.

I've already looked at a possible team for next season.

    • Not sure if anyone did 'The Sun' one, if not it won't mean much to you.
Finished top of work league (out of 16) with 2110 points so far, 2 games left to play still and player awards but got a secure 60 point lead.
      My end team after 2 transfer windows was;

      James
      Evra
      Alex
      A.Cole
      Laursen
      Fabregas
      Gerrard
      Ronaldo
      Santa Cruz
      Keane
      Adebayor

3rd... can't complain... although i lost interest towards the end once it became clear that I wasn't going to win any of the 6 leagues I was in.

    • With money at stake in the work league i have an incentive to keep interested all season. Think i made about 60+ transfers. I did expect top be near the top of our league given that it's just for fun, a little disappionted i didn't finish top infact.

    • I LOSE!

      That means I win.

Sad thing is, Nun Sunday are in the work league too, and I'm not losing.

Not bad to say I don't do football, and have never altered my team since day one.

    • someone in our work league had been bottom all season, he has made 171 transfers and had got the most points in a gameweek (in our league) once or twice, he also after really looking forward to winning something used his wildcard in the second week so then concentrated on trying to stay bottom but also trying to win the prize for most points in a week. He reckons it's not easy trying to be bottom and there should be a prize for it. If there was surely it'd be a lot easier just to pick players who don't play, or players who are in bottom of the table teams.
