   • Tonight I was going to make four bread rolls and freeze up and use them on Saturday with some homemade Turkey Burgers.
     
     So...with 500g of flour I get three good size rolls..so to work out how much flour I would need for four good sized rolls I did this simple maths
     
     
     500/3 = 166.66666666666666
     
     (you can see what's coming)
     
     166.666666 x 4 = 666.66666666
