Room to rent, Turnpike Lane

    • Sorry to spam this, but need to replace a housemate...
Tis a spacious double room, space enough for a couple, 5 minutes from Turnpike Lane tube.
There's me and the missus, and 2 girls, all 25ish and chilled.
We've got a nice front room, 'dining room', decent kitchen and a garden out back with a lawn and stuff.
Rent is 460 a month, dealing straight with the landlord, no shitty agents.
      It's available from 1st July.

    • I know I know, can be crippling on the wallet, but it has its advantages. Good amount of bands worth seeing for instance.

Feel like I'm doing a stint here but will be getting out of the city in a year's time.

    • I work in London but live back in SY over the weekend, and I gotta say, I would never, ever choose to live there. It is a horrible place. No offence to those that do live there, but christ... Apart from the gigs and other events (and shopping if you like that sort of thing - I don't personally) it really has nothing going for it. Overcrowded, overpriced, cut-throat pit of a town.
