   • Manowar have just broken their own record for the longest heavy metal gig of all time. Running through around 40 songs and with representatives from the Guinness Book Of Records on hand, the US metal warriors performed for five hours and one minute at the Kaliakra Rock Festival in Bulgaria – around two hours longer than their 2007 show at the same event.

   • Ridiculous, did people not just leave after an hour or two? I heard and saw a little bit of a 2 and a half hour set of Saxon in Germany, that was awful.
