     Lemon Tree. It's about a woman who fights to save her lemon grove when the Palestinian Defence Minister moves in next door to her and orders it (her only source of income) be cut down to protect his security.
     
     It was a pleasantly impartial and unsentimental jaunt.
     
     
     I bet you've seen White Balloon. 45 minutes watching a small Iranian girl trying to get both a goldfish and her mum's money out of a drain? No thanks!

   • Today - I have the worst hangover for a long long time following the 12 hour Guinness and red wine session yesterday. Not sure what I'm doing later apart from wrapping up last couple of presents.
     
     Christmas Day - open presents with the missus, round to our respective parents for lunch, back home for evening drinks.
     
     Boxing Day - hosting girlfriend's sister and her boyfriend for lunch.
     
     Saturday - chill
     
     Sunday - round to parent's for visit of my brother and family.
     
     Mon to Thurs - not a lot.
     
     Friday 2nd - one pointless day of work
     
     Sat & Sun - not a lot.

     Not that particular film but i did a whole module on Iranian Cinema at uni so I know the type of thing.
     
     Lemon Tree was really good though so shut up.
